Indian Summer

Loved Ones,

We had a good day today. It felt almost like a day without cancer. Ray was up getting bagels this morning and we all went to Nora's soccer game this afternoon. Though he was pretty tired for parts of the day, he was able to rest which is always an answer to prayer.

We continue to pray that his body is able to recover enough for chemo this Monday -- especially those white blood cells. And we pray for the chemo to work even more miraculously in Ray, healing his body of cancer.

A friend emailed this morning that she hoped we could give some of the prayer load to them and focus on having a good day. We did! And that was nice to do.

Here is our night's verse:
"I will both lie down and sleep in peace; for you alone, O Lord, make me lie down in safety." Psalm 4:8
