Friends

Loved Ones,

We had visits from special friends today that really lifted our hearts. We adore our friends!! And, we got a Christmas tree! The girls are overjoyed, even with it still drying out in the garage!

Ray is working hard to eat. He hasn't been vomiting which is great, but he isn't quite back to normal food intake yet. And that really tires him. He also has no taste buds to speak of, so eating is a difficult chore.

Tonight we pray for strength, for rebuilding for Ray. And we pray for healing for his body, mind and soul. As we anticipate the birth of Christ in Advent, we eagerly anticipate Ray's return to health.

"My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
...for the Mighty One has done great things for me— holy is his name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation." Luke 1:46-47, 49-50

not alone and not afraid --
